Sports Performance Training

Four sessions weekly, designed for 13 to 18 year old athletes from any sport. These programs are designed for athletes looking to build better sports movement patterns using maximum strength, power, and speed.

 

The athlete can attend all four available sessions each week or pick and choose desired days during the monthly enrollment.

M & W – Strength - Power; T & Th – Speed - Agility
