PIT Fit Group Fitness is a boot camp style fitness program offered two day each week.

 

High Intensity Intervals Training (HIIT) has proven effective in building lean body mass, strength, and endurance capacity. Training with intervals in a group setting provides a challenging and supportive environment and combined with group challenges and accountability PIT Fit Group Fitness will help you become the best you can possibly be.
