This is your chance to receive the inside look at how the professionals prepare and perform for intense competition on pit road.

You will get up close and personal when you receive your tour of Performance Instruction & Training, the motorsports industry’s leading over-the-wall training facility. You’ll begin with a detailed presentation in PIT’s state-of-the-art theater then receive a tour of PIT’s Athletic Conditioning Center, Motorsports Room, and six-stall pit road.

Ask your pit crew questions and get the answers directly from PIT’s professional coaches and pit team athletes. You’ll finish your tour by heading to pit road and witnessing three live, full speed pit stops performed by participants in PIT’s 5 Off 5 On Race Team Performance program.

Performance Instruction & Training’s state-of-the-art pit crew training facility is open to the public Monday through Friday. A viewing area of pit road allows a peek into the world of the pit crew athletes who can make or break a win for their team. See how these motorsports professionals train each week in preparation for the big race and how aspiring pit crew members become successful.
