This is your chance to become part of the action as an over-the-wall pit crew member. Pit road won’t get any more real than this unless you’re working as one of the pros.
Begin your day in PIT’s state-of-the-art theater with a presentation of how today’s pit crews function and analyze the inner working of the seven over-the-wall crew member positions and duties.
You and your team then head to pit road to learn the intricate choreography and skills required to perform a successful pit stop. After learning from and practicing with PIT’s professional staff, get ready to challenge yourself physically and mentally with six live pit stops that you and your team perform with a driver and car pulling into the pits for fresh tires and fuel! You will listen to and receive instructional calls made by your crew chief over headsets. Do well and receive praise from your driver. Make a mistake and . . . don’t even think about it!
