Ownership

Performance Instruction & Training is owned and operated by Thomas C. DeLoach and Jeff Hammond.

Mr. DeLoach is the former Chief Financial Officer for Mobil Corporation and from 2000 to 2003 a consultant with Penske Racing’s NASCAR Winston Cup teams. He is vice chairman of the Georgia Tech Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Advisory Board, a Director for Liberty Property Trust and is managing partner for Performance Instruction and Training, LLC. Motorsports veteran and Charlotte native Jeff Hammond has been involved in NASCAR for over thirty years as a crew member, crew chief and team owner. Mr. Hammond’s career includes forty-three race wins, seven Winston Cup championships and an Emmy nomination as a broadcaster for FOX Sports. Read more about Mr. Hammond.
